
Congratulations to the 10 exceptional Fellows who were recently awarded the ICO-World Glaucoma Association Fellowship for 2021!
This program was created by the ICO, in partnership with the World Glaucoma Association to give promising young ophthalmologists from Sub-Saharan Africa the opportunity to expand their knowledge of glaucoma and improve their practical skills to preserve vision and prevent blindness in their home countries. The Fellowship includes attendance at the 2021 World Glaucoma Congress and three months of glaucoma training at leading Japanese academic institutions.
